Frank Jackson has a wealth of experience in hard and soft rock mining, mine waste recovery in Africa and Europe, together with deep corporate finance experience in this sector as GM of FMB Merchant Bank.

He developed gold and tantalite resources under his own prospecting and mining licenses, and working with Rio Tinto he was a part of the team developing copper and nickel resources and cathode refineries. Working with Anglo American, he was a part of the team developing large scale open cast mining resources and financing facilities.

Latterly, Frank has been a founder and a leading member of the team developing a highly successful carbon capture unicorn, Cool Planet Technologies Ltd.

Erick has over 13 years' experience in executive positions in South American mining and construction, industries which are key to the development of Halo Minerals current and future projects in South America and elsewhere.

Eric was previously Founder and CEO of a mining group specialized in mining & processing Copper and Gold in several  locations of Peru.

Erick is a Bachelor of Laws and holds an MBA.

David has over 20 years in exploration geology and corporate finance. He has a proven track record in project management, M&A, and fundraising, having successfully led several London IPOs. David has extensive experience in African operations, having managed $450 million in private equity investments into exploration projects across various commodities.

His recent roles include Chairman of Helix Exploration plc, Chief Geologist at Evechem GmbH, CEO of Helium One Global Limited, and Director of Geology at AMED Funds. David’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing projects from exploration to production and generating value for stakeholders.

Daniel has over 22 years of international minerals and exploration experience. Starting as a geologist, he progressed into consulting, advisory and executive leadership, establishing ventures focused on raw materials, technology and sustainability. He is skilled in fundraising, technical due diligence, strategic development and currently holds multiple executive positions.

Daniel’s experience includes co-founding The CloudMiner Limited, leading international business development for Chengdu Chemphys Chemical Industries as well as serving as Technical Director for Tethyan Mining Resources Limited and Barracuda Holdings (Pty) Limited. He has significant expertise in project valuations, capital raising, and technical oversight across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
